Salmon Poke


The word poke (po-kay) simply means "chunk" in Hawaiian. Poke is any meat or seafood that is cut into small chunks and marinated. We take fresh Atlantic salmon, marinate it in soy, ginger, sesame oil,scallions, toasted sesame seeds and a hint of Japanese chili. Served on a bed of shredded daikon.
